February was a very intense month for it to have been so short. We continued the massive cleansing that we have been experiencing since the Solstice in December. We are being forced to let go of the old, the outdated. This includes ideas, fears, beliefs and issues. This is also playing out on a Global level with institutions falling, governments being overthrown and protests.
As we move into March, these energies will continue to intensify. Anything that we have been refusing to let go of, refusing to look at, refusing to heal, will be thrown in our face in a way that we can no longer ignore it.
We are going to be forced to do a lot of soul searching this month. We are going to have to dig deeper than we ever have before. We are going to be forced to look at things we have been able to avoid until now. We no longer have a choice in the matter. It is now or never.
It is so nice not to have to face our issues, to be able to bury them and ignore them. We have done this for lifetimes and managed to avoid doing this deep inner healing. This will no longer be allowed. We are going to have to face these issues whether we want to or not.
What is your biggest fear? Be prepared to face it soon. It will be brought up from the depths where it has been hidden. You will have to look it in the face and heal it.
Many of us have a major issue with abandonment. When we first separated from the Creator, we felt abandoned. We felt alone. We have carried this fear of abandonment deep within our souls for millennia. Be prepared to have this issue stirred up within you so it can be healed. Parents will have to deal with this issue through their adult children leaving home before the parent is ready for it. Children will face this issue through their parents being unavailable to them either physically or emotionally.
Do you have a fear of not having enough? Of not having enough money, enough food, enough love. You may be forced to face this fear through the loss of your job or your relationship may end.
Facing your biggest fears is frightening. It stirs up intense emotions deep within your being. Healing these fears will bring a sense of peace, a knowing that even if you do lose your job, you will be OK. Even if you do lose the love of your life, you will find another. Even if you are abandoned, you are not alone.
As these fears are brought up for you to heal, allow yourself to feel the emotions. Do not try to bury them. Feel the emotion, watch how your body is feeling, pay attention to the thoughts that are going through your head. Try to be an observer of the situation without allowing the fear to paralyze you.
Ask yourself 'What is the worst thing that can happen'. When you face your worst fears, they lose some of their power. Remember to breathe as you face your fears. Taking deep breaths will allow you to be calmer and able to think clearly.
Use the Energetic Clearing Technique at http://www.askclaudia.com/energeticclearingtechnique.htm to heal these issues as they come up for you.

There is much talk about the truth coming to the forefront and so much of what is happening is not necessarily being shared. All well and good if you choose to look deeper than what you are being told via the main sources of information-still is important to make sure that you buy into only what you would like your life to be.
Which wolf are you feeding? The one that brings you joy or the one that brings you suffering?
We are being asked to focus on being grounded to the earth and truth. Going against what is real and honest for you dims your light and decreases your freedom. It causes you to feel uncomfortable and alone. Are you willing to look at which beliefs might be holding you back still? The stories are challenging to let go of if you've been sharing them for awhile.
The struggle can end with you though and letting go gracefully will happen by just bringing awareness to the stories that no longer serve. Let source and the angels support you, ask them for help.
We are moving into a time of fire so skin eruptions, emotional outbursts, fevers and quick action are to be expected. As well as anything to do with heat, cleansing and burning things up.
During this time using your keen mental abilities and the divine inspiration that comes to you to manifest allows for a strong foundation to create and feel joy from.
A new level of health, trust and friendships are all available now. So staying grounded and letting anything unfinished come to a place of forgiveness can allow you to bring greater truth and understanding to this new level of relating.
If you are feeling the energy of chaos, allow yourself to recognize what is yours and what you might be picking up on from the shifts of the planet.
Allow yourself to feel what it is like to be fully supported on the physical plane. When you feel fear about allowing your heart to guide you then it is time to get more honest with yourself and recognize that mental leadership is good and in the examples of leadership where the mental was present and the guidance of heart is there is well, it is great!
If you feel like you are coming up against barriers, you may be correct and remember that barriers only exist in the mind. When you know that you are spirit playing the game in a physical body...The barriers dissolve if you are willing to release the ways you are resisting a clear open path of ease and joy. This open path is always available to us in every moment.
Action: follow you inner calling and if it isn't really clear yet, no worry, the message and inspiration will increase in clarity and volume. The little promptings are a part of all of this and add to the whole, they are there to help support you in the direction of your choices. Find appreciation in all that has come before now, to allow you to be free to create what is next for you.
Energy of transformation in the air, so it is time to wake up and live what your heart is called to live and express. Important amendments were made in December 2010 to the Homestead Act (Mass. General Laws, Ch. 188) and go into effect on March 16, 2011. The Homestead Act gives homeowners protection against subsequent attachment, suit, or bankruptcy to the extent of $500,000 of equity per residence, per family. This legal document, called a Declaration of Homestead, is filed at the registry of deeds, at time of purchase of a primary residence. It's important to note that while a Declaration of Homestead can protect the equity in many cases, tax obligations and child/spouse support obligations are not covered.
One of the most significant changes to the Homestead Act is that homeowners are now allowed to maintain the same Homestead protection on the proceeds of the sale. It also extends to pre-existing debts or insurance coverage. The Homestead protection is available for a period of one year from the time of the sale, or when a new primary residence is purchased, whichever happens first. This change gives homeowners more flexibility in a variety of situations such as a desire to downsize from their current residence, relocation for work related purposes, or may allow a person to still purchase another home if they have debt related issues.
If you want to obtain the maximum coverage of $500,000, it's important to note that you will need to file the Declaration at the registry of deeds. Otherwise, there will be an automatic coverage amount of $125,000 without filing. The automatic coverage protection was put into place for homeowners who may not be aware of the changes made to the Homestead Act.
Other changes to the Homestead Act include protection for homes held by a trust and that a new Declaration is unnecessary after refinancing. It also prohibits lenders from requiring a waiver or release of the Homestead. Lastly, four-family homes will qualify for Homestead protection.
If you are purchasing your new principal residence, your closing attorney must provide you with notice of your right to declare a homestead protection. You will be asked to acknowledge receipt of this notice in writing.
If you filed a homestead declaration prior to March 16, 2011, your $500,000 protection will continue to apply.
If you are thinking of buying or selling a home, I encourage you to consult with an attorney regarding specific legal questions regarding the Homestead Act, as well as other issues that may arise during your real estate transaction.

There will be a number of changes to pensions legislation, which will take place from April 2011. This is as the result of a recent government consultation into the issue. Yet again, we have further changes and complication in the areas of pensions and retirement.
From this date, unsecured pensions (USP or drawdown) and alternatively secured pensions (ASP) will be replaced by a capped drawdown unless the pensioner can prove that they have an income from other sources of at least £20,000 pa. If so, they will be eligible for flexibile drawdown.
The end of complusory annuities
You will no longer be forced to take an annuity at age 75. Instead you can entre or continue with drawdown as set out below.

Capped drawdown
Under these rules, the maximum allowable income will be 100% of that allowable under Government Actuarial Department rules (GAD). This is a reduction from the level fo 120%, which is currently allowable. Reviews on these rates will need to be undertaken every 3 years rather than every 5 years at the moment. If you enter unsecured pensions before the change in the rules you will lock in the income taken for the next 5 years.

After age 75, this will change to every year. The minimum income allowable will be nil. This is a change for those aged 75 or over, who currently must take 55% of the allowable income.
Flexible drawdown
If the pensioner can prove an alternative income of £20,000 pa he can elect to enter flexible drawdown. This means that you can withdraw as little or as much as you like from the pension scheme without any review period or maximum. The only difference is that members would not be allowed to make furter pension contributions once in flexible drawdown. Also, protected rights (S2P) benefits are not permitted in flexible drawdown.

Death benefits
The tax payable on benefits paid to your family after you die, once you have entered drawdown, will change. Currently, tax is paid at 35% on lump sum payments to your beneficiaries up to age 75; after 75 this is 82%. The new rules will change this to a uniform 55%.

The annual allowance
The amount you can pay into a pension plan in one year has been reduced to £50,000 (from £255,000). Tax relief will not be payable on contributions over this amount. However, you will be allowed to carry forward unused annual allowance for 3 years. If you were restricted on your payments because of earning over £130,000, these restructions will no longer apply, and you will be permitted to make up the difference if you choose.

Mother's Day (Sun 3 Apr 2011)
Mothering Sunday has been celebrated in the UK since the 16th century. This special day falls on different dates every year. The story behind it is interesting. In the earlier centuries, young British boys and girls in service were allowed to visit their homes only on the mid Sunday in Lent. They would either bake a cake or take gifts containing eggs and flowers home to their mothers. Today, children pray for their mothers and bring bunches of spring flowers from church. They also buy gifts with a card with a mother's day message. This day is also called 'Refreshment Sunday', 'Pudding Pie Sunday' or 'Mid-Lent Sunday'.
The London Marathon (Sun 17 Apr 2011)
The London Marathon is an annual running event in London which has taken place since 1981. This event is currently sponsored by Virgin Money and is called Virgin London Marathon. It is one of the world's biggest charity events as the runners raise money for charity and the price amount is £1 million. Since 1981, runners have raised £450 million for charity. It is 26 miles and 385 yards and anyone can take part in the event. It is not officially a sporting event and hence it is something that the whole family can enjoy. Three points around Black heath mark the starting point and the finishing point is the Mall along St. James's Palace. Spectators eagerly wait at any point in between these points and enjoy the event. It starts between 9AM and 10AM and is telecasted on BBC in the morning and early afternoon. Watching the event close to the starting point or close to DLR station Canary Wharf brings excitement.
Easter Sunday (Sun 24 Apr 2011)
Easter is the last Sunday following the 40 days of lent. It follows Holy Thursday and Good Friday (the day Jesus Christ was crucified and buried). This day is the day when Christ came to the world and proved himself as the son of God. The Lent season starts with the Ash Wednesday, when Christians take ash to their forehead and during this period they sacrifice something for the lord. People wake up early and attend masses. This day is celebrated equally to Jesus' birth as it is the day of rebirth of Christ and it is also the day when people came to know the effectiveness of Christ. Families go out together, and eat. After that, Easter Dinner is enjoyed in the mid-afternoon.

From April 2011, it will be illegal to own a car in the UK that is not insured even if you don't drive or keep it on a public road unless you have a current and valid Statutory Off Road Notice (SORN) registered with the Driver & Vehicle Licencing Agency (DVLA).
This new law is being introduced in an effort to clamp down on the over 1 million un-insured drivers using their cars on UK roads every year. With the cost of insurance rising every year due to the increased number of claims involving these vehicles with no 3rd party insurance cover and a minimum of £30 added to the premium of law abiding citizens, the government and the motor insurance industry is finally taking the bull by the horn and dealing with this public menace.
Once the new car insurance laws come into effect, every car that is registered with the DVLA will have its details checked against the Motor Insurance Bureau (MIB) database, and the registered keeper of any vehicle that does not have insurance will automatically be contacted via an Insurance Advisory Letter (IAL), giving them steps they need to take to avoid action being taken against him/her.
Failure to get the car insured could result in:
1. A fine of £100.
2. The offending vehicle being immobilized, impounded and eventually destroyed.
3. The registered owner facing prosecution with a possible maximum of £1000.
1. A fine of £100.
2. The offending vehicle being immobilized, impounded and eventually destroyed.
3. The registered owner facing prosecution with a possible maximum of £1000.
In order for you not to fall foul of these new car insurance laws, you need to either get a minimum of 3rd party insurance cover on any vehicles registered in your name, or if the car is not being currently used, file a Statutory Off Road Notice with the DVLA informing them that it is kept off road (driveway, garage) and not currently being used or driven.
The government and the motor insurance industry is hoping that these new laws will drastically cut the number of un-insured cars being driven on UK roads and as a result a drop in insurance premiums for all law abiding citizens.

April finds you busy with work and home but it should relax a bit after the 16th. That doesn't stop you from blowing your cool on the 17th when a family member sets you off with a minor remark. You've allowed resentment to build and no matter how minor, the remark was the last straw. You can avoid the conflict by sharing your concerns with the family before it gets out of control.
If you have children or pets, they're the center of concern this month. Your other family relationships will go far more smoothly after the 17th but not those with children. If your child is a teen, watch out. They're about to do something that will make you question all your previous parenting. Keep a close watch for unusual behavior. A watchful eye can help you divert a potential crisis later in the month.
Focusing on others will be difficult because you tend to be self-absorbed this month. That's because your confidence level is dragging. You've felt inadequate most of the year, which isn't like you Sagittarius. Each time you perform a task at work, you tend to second-guess yourself. The good news is that your doubt disappears after April 21st and you'll be back to your happy-go-lucky self. Keep your best foot forward and don't dismiss everything to low self-esteem or you'll find yourself in a pickle.
Watch carefully what you say to family and co-workers the first part of April. You sometimes speak before you think and the result could be disastrous. You'll strain relationships at work and at home with a few ill chosen phrases you didn't think through or intend to be mean spirited.
If ever there was a time to rest, it's the month of April. You still find yourself plagued with exhaustion from previous health problems so go to bed early and get plenty of rest. You tend to eat at odd hours and the wrong foods, change that this month. Any problems with your digestion should get better if you use natural methods, diet and plenty of rest.
Don't start shopping because of an increase in income. You'll be tempted to make a few major purchases for your home but avoid using that plastic and set aside funds for a rainy day. You'll be glad you did later in the year when there are unexpected expenses that jump up to bite you. You'll be glad to have the extra money to meet the need.
You need to take time with old friends and acquaintances. The social break you take in the second week of April can help restore and renew your spirit. However, you'll also learn important information from someone in a casual meeting when you're out gallivanting socially. Keep the info to yourself but don't forget it. It will be important by the end of the year.
You have itchy feet again in the month of April and it's a good thing. You love to travel and work provides a free trip near the end of the month. Your love of travel is only surpassed by your absent mindedness. Keep a close eye on baggage at the airport and don't let your carry on out of your sight.
You'll find the month of April stressful and old health problems resurface. You'll be under the weather for at least a few days this month and notice your energy low is at an all time low. Take time to yourself and get plenty of rest or your health problems will continue throughout the month of May. You tend to worry more than the average person does this month, so give yourself a break and put your fretting aside. Worrying about your health causes stress and many of the problems come from the stress you create.
The end of the month is a perfect time for a romantic getaway or getting together with neighbors and old friends. You need the R&R to perform your best. You'll get some interesting information around the 23rd by simply listening carefully at an outing with friends or family.
Be very careful at work this month. You tend to take others at their word and want to trust them. Not everyone is trustworthy and if you don't watch out, you'll find yourself in a dilemma. Be a little skeptical of others all month. Don't necessarily voice your concern. Just keep a watchful eye for anything that looks suspicious.
You'll also find your patience running thin at the workplace this month. You simply can't hurry some things just because you'd like the process to go faster. Take a deep breath and go with the flow. You'll end up happier and have better luck getting the job accomplished sooner if you just sit quietly. The squeaky wheel doesn't always get the grease; sometimes it's replaced instead. Calm down and cool down for a more pleasant month at work.
You'll have an extremely difficult time focusing on anything long in the first three weeks of April. This includes work. Your attention darts from one project to the next and its one reason for your lack of patience. Learn a simple relaxation technique that you can use when under pressure. It might be as easy as closing your eyes and mentally telling yourself to relax. Taking just a few minutes each day to step back and relax for a moment can improve your focus dramatically.
You'll notice your bank balance is lower than normal and the bills are higher. Start a campaign at home in the second week of April to help lower expenses. For people with children, you'll find they'll gladly help think of ways to save money. Give them the chance to help in the process. Call a family meeting and ask for suggestions. You'll be amazed at some money saving ideas even the youngest family member contribute.
You may be at odds with your partner or spouse the first half of the month. Take a minute to listen to what they're saying before you bark back a reply. You'll keep the home front happier. You'll find simple tasks at home can become quite complicated for no apparent reason during the last half of the month. Don't let this throw you off balance. Breathe deep and take it one-step at a time.

The summer movie season is almost upon us, so it's time to take a look at some of the upcoming movies for 2011. The following selection details some of the hottest films opening in April, so you won't have to wait very long after reading this article.
Source Code - Jake Gyllenhaal stars in this techno-thriller as Captain Colter Stevens, a decorated soldier who's desperately trying to find a bomber aboard a passenger train bound for Chicago. Able to jump into another man's body for the last eight minutes of his life, Stevens must piece together clues while experiencing his host's explosive death over and over. With a larger bombing looming in downtown Chicago and a romance blossoming with a now-dead woman (Michelle Monaghan) he meets on the train, Stevens is under increasing pressure to solve the mystery and undo the events of the recent past. Also starring Vera Farmiga and Jeffrey Wright, the Duncan Jones film opens on April 1st, 2011.
Your Highness - Danny McBride and James Franco team up once again, this time as brothers in a medieval setting. McBride is Thadeous, a prince who's more than a little lazy and full of himself. Franco, meanwhile, is the heroic Fabious, a prince charged with undertaking a perilous quest to save the kingdom. Natalie Portman and Zooey Deschanel are the love interests, Michael Clarke Duncan is a troll, and Justin Theroux is the villainous wizard. A rambunctious mixture of fantasy and comedy that opens on April 8th, 2011.
Scream 4 - Intended as the first film in a new horror trilogy, this Wes Craven sequel finds Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) returning home to promote a book on the anniversary of the town's first brutal murder. But a new killer is on the loose, and soon Sidney and her family (including Emily Roberts) are targets. Series veterans Courteney Cox and David Arquette co-star alongside Hayden Panettiere, Anthony Anderson, Adam Brody, Mary McDonnell, and Marley Shelton. Opens on April 15th, 2011.
Madea's Big Happy Family - The eleventh film in the Tyler Perry franchise once again finds the sassy Madea in action, this time helping out a niece who's received bad news about her health. Since the woman's children are too involved with their own problems to lend a sympathetic ear, it's up to Madea to whip them into shape. Co-starring Loretta Devine, Bow Wow, Isaiah Mustafa, and Lauren London. Written, directed, and starring Tyler Perry, the film opens on April 22nd, 2011.
Fast Five - The fifth film in the franchise, it brings together many of the characters from the previous films for an action-packed ride. Trapped between a federal agent (Dwayne Johnson) and a deadly South American businessman (Joaquim de Almeida), the group is in for the most dangerous race of their lives. Vin Diesel is back as Dominic Toretto, and he's joined by Paul Walker, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Sung Kang, and Matt Schulze. Opens on April 29th, 2011.
The upcoming movies listed above should play in all major theatres, so you'll have little trouble tracking them down. Be sure to check your local newspaper or theatrical website, as you may also be able to save a few bucks utilizing cost-cutting measures such as Cinemark coupons.
